Program Manager	Program Managers will have full access to the entire benchmarking project. The Program Manager is responsible for setting parameters in the Prepare phase of the benchmark and assigns appropriate roles to employees. This individual is typically the client-side leader and will dedicate a significant amount of time to the benchmark process.
Program Reviewer	Program Reviewers are assigned by the PM and are responsible for reviewing data inputs.
FTE Manager	FTE Managers can be assigned for the whole enterprise or specific functions within the benchmark. They are responsible for designating FTE time and manager email fields will reference these individuals.
Organization Owner	Organization Owners answer specific function questions within Collect.
Process Owner	Process Owners contribute to process data collection and validation of the data within their scope of the benchmark.
Data Privacy Manager	Data Privacy Managers only have access to the Prepare section of Quantum Leap where they have the responsibility of setting privacy settings. They are also responsible for importing and verifying Full-Time Equivalent information such as name, job code, and labor cost.
Presentation Manager	Presentation Managers have access to the Present phase within Quantum Leap. They can create and edit slides and presentations.
Initiative Manager	Initiative Managers have access to the Improve phase of Quantum Leap. In this section, Initiative Managers can create, edit, and update initiatives.
Dashboard User	Dashboard Users have access to the Monitor phase of Quantum Leap. In this section, Dashboard Users can create, edit, and update dashboards
